Group and individual improvisation. Starting from the sensory stimulations and the specific exercises, the single participant and the group are led to transform their suggestions into dance. At the conclusion of each day there is a practice of processing the experience, reporting in poetic form what the body has gone through.

Dance

Starting with a warm up focusing on elasticity and body part awareness, we will then delve into exploring moods, speeds and directions of the body.
I like to give the dancers the opportunity to create new movement patterns by pushing physical boundaries and direction flows, aiming to work on demonstrating diversity and a stronger sense of identity of the individual and how to maintain it in a group and above all, not neglecting our playfulness and abandonment.

Intensives

Each quarter the program will involve a preselected group of dancers in two different creations with two different choreographers, each lasting five weeks .
This structure has the specific objective of providing dancers with the necessary tools to become a more skilled collaborator within a creative context and to develop a flexible mind as well as a creative one.
